Web biennial 2005 - Christine Clinckx - Drift Car sound installation in the trunk of a car, flash lights are continuously burning. The sound one hears in the trunk is a compilation of general city noises, like sirenes and people talking different languages. These sounds are mixed with sounds registered in the car while driving through frontiers and borders of Europe. On one of the trips one can hear a refugee talking about her illegal trip to Europe.
